Alexandria Warren, CFE, is presently the Vice President of Operations at BrandONE Franchise Development Firm. Based out of Greenville, South Carolina, Alexandria has vast experience leading the franchise business. Alexandria began his career in 2005 at Eldeco, Inc. as Office Assistant Work. After 3 years at Eldeco, she joined as the General Manager at Heri Alum Hotel Group University Inn and Conference Center in Clemson, South Carolina.
At Heri Alum Hotel Group University Inn and Conference Center, Alexandria worked for a year. She increased conference center sales by 45% overall and increased profit margin by 60%. Although for a short period, Alexandria worked as the Business Development and Relationship Consultant at Tortal-Driven Brands Oct 2012 – Aug 2013 in Charlotte, North Carolina. There she worked with Sales Directors to develop strategic approaches for revenue generation, pioneering new industry sales initiatives.
Between Jul 2013 till Jan 2017, for 3 years and 7 months, Alexandria worked as the Franchisor Department Director for ZorSource for Franchise Source Brands International. ZorSource, The Entrepreneur Source, and AdviCoach each deliver a unique value to the franchise community, everything from helping one become a high-performing franchise organization to delivering highly qualified franchise candidates, one on one executive coaching on development and operations, assistance in creating marketing materials and brand differentiation, and much more.
At FSBI, her focus was on developing strategy in the franchising industry through relationships with franchisees, franchisors, and leaders. She believed every relationship one makes is just a seed for new possibilities! Franchise Source Brands International, she turned relationships into partnerships with specialization in Franchisor Portfolio Development, Supplier Initiative Development, Sponsorship Growth, Operational Excellence, Unit Economics growth strategy, Marketing Strategy, and Client Relations and Retention, among others.
Between Jan 2017 and Dec 2018, she worked as the Director Of Partnerships at Franchise Payments Network (FPN).
