He spent about 17 years in Cadbury Adams working in different roles of Category Strategic Planner (from 1992 to 2001), National Account Manager for Target Walgreens and Kmart (from 2001 to 2002), Team Leader Food (from 2002 to 2003), Team Leader Wal-Mart (from 2003 to 2005), Direct Sales SErvices and Support (operations) (from 2005 to 2007), and Director Sales and Customer Marketing Green & Black’s (from 2007 to 2009). In 2019, he left Cadbury Adams to try something new and different. Currently, he is the award-winning Charlotte, NC-based Specialized Recruiting Group and Express Employment Professionals Offices.
