After working for 2 years and 9 months at Bankers Life and Casualty, Ronnie became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at 360 Solutions. There, between May 2000 till Oct 2006, he developed, trained and managed a team of sales professionals who sold business opportunities to entrepreneurs. He trained and assisted entrepreneurs in developing their businesses.
After 6 years and 6 months at 360 Solutions, Ronnie headed a senior leadership position at The Dwyer Group as the Vice President of Franchise Sales & Sales Training. Ronnie thrived in that position for 12 years, 9 months, from Oct 2006 till Jun 2019. The Dwyer Group is a holding company of 21 service brands, of which 18 are franchise brands. However, the Dwyer Group is now known as Neighborly. Here, he managed and inspired a team of sales professionals who provided franchise opportunities to business owners and entrepreneurs.
After Neighborly, starting October 2019, Ronnie has joined Sam The Concrete Man as the Vice President of Franchise Development in the Waco, Texas Area. According to Ronnie Musick, CFE, “self-starters think of everything as a sprint rather than a marathon. And while that mindset is great for getting things off the ground and making your dreams a reality, it isn’t always sustainable. And in the world of business ownership, sustainability and repeatability is everything.” He adds, “Launching a business requires preparation and planning, but that’s before the metaphorical starter pistol is shot. The “race” really begins once the doors to your new establishment have opened. It’s in building the business from the ground up that you’re training your stamina, strategy, and tenacity for the main event of actually running the business to help you achieve the ultimate goal of long-term success.”
When Ronnie is not in the office, one can usually find him outside with his family, tending to our horses, chickens, and dogs. He has always been connected to the outdoors and finds peace in nature. In fact, at Sam The Concrete Man, the natural environment is a predominant theme to ensure one has the perfect balance of home comfort and outdoor leisure. With a degree from Texas Tech University in Business Administration and Management, Ronnie is highly respected for Franchising Entrepreneurship, Business Development skills, Sales Management, and Small Business expertise.
