Ralph Yarusso is an experienced leader working in the franchise industry closely with the top franchises. Mr.Yarusso is a Certified Franchise Consultant with the International Franchise Professionals Group.

Being a Veteran, Mr. Yarusso stepped into the franchise industry as the Presdient R&S Management as a Multi-unit franchisee. As a franchisee, he owned and operated multiple Meineke Franchises in southern New Jersey and Denver CO. His leadership attributes got him the positions of Chairman National Council, and Board of directors of the IFA Franchisee forum. Mr. Yarusso held the position of President, of the Meineke Dealer Association.

Later, he earned the position as the Senior Franchise Development Specialist for MAACO and Meineke Car Care Centre. Meineke Car Care Centres and MAACO belong to the parent company Driven Company Inc.

Driven Brands, is the largest automotive services provider in North America, with its headquarters in Charlotte, NC. The company offers a variety of consumer and business automobile needs, including paint, collision, glass, vehicle repair, oil changes, maintenance, and car washes.

Moreover, Mr. Yarusso has spent most of his career in the automobile industry. His position as Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development with Grease Monkey International LLC does not come as a surprise. He continued in the same position for eight long years. Mr. Yarusso was then placed as the COO- of Franchising Grease Monkey International & SpeeDee Oil Change.

In the recent past 2018 when Full Speed Automotive hired Mr. Yarusso as the Chief Development Officer for their headquarters in Colorado.
