Megan finished her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky in 2015. She had specialized in subjects like Broadcast Journalism, Communications and Media Study. Her additional license and certifications include Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE), a well-known institute in the Franchise business industry in America. She has also volunteered at Production Team-Southland Church for five months, where she has operated cameras for the live telecast.

While she started at FranNet as a social media & content marketing coordinator, her hard work and consistency led her to be promoted to a Training and Support Manager.
