Jarina Duffy is a Franchise Law Attorney and Senior Counsel at Saxton & Stump. Saxton & Stump is a Member of Saxton & Stump’s Franchising, Licensing and Distribution Group. She works with franchisors and distributors to address intellectual property, licensing, regulatory and compliance, and employment matters. She assists the franchises with her unique knowledge of the challenges and opportunities that franchise and distribution businesses face.

She recently joined Saxton & Stump in February 2022, located in Greater Philadelphia. Here, she helps clients develop the legal foundation needed to build their respective brands. Her career spanning over 15 years since September 2007 took a break to pursue further education in Law from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

Jarina Duffy started her career at CXO Media Inc. as an Editorial Assistant. She was later promoted to an Associate Staff Writer after about a year of joining the organization. Her legal career began in January 2012 when she started working as a Legal Services Coordinator at Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. This was the first step in her career as a Law Attorney, and then she successfully climbed the ladders of her career.

Jarina Duffy pursued her degree in Bachelor of Science from Boston University with a specialization in Journalism. Later, she pursued her degree in Law at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she was honored with J.D Cum Laude in 2013. Additionally, she has bagged the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certificate from the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives, Washington.
