Gabriella Ferrara believes that, over time, the importance of customer experience has risen greatly in the franchise domain. Gabriella Ferrara pursued her bachelor’s degree in Business from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. She studied there between 2012 to 2016, with a dual focus on Finance and General Business. Gabriella finished her bachelor’s with a Summa Cum Laude grade. Gabriella was recognized for being on the Dean’s List First Honors every semester. Gabriella was also a President of the Student Government Association for the Lubin School of Business. Gabriella also served at the Pace’s Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma as the President.

Gabriella Ferrara has a very busy schedule, yet she manages to volunteer for Pace University. Gabriella is currently Chair of the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Committee at Pace University. She has worked with the committee members to enhance alum relationships over the last decade. Gabriella actively engages in activities that bring together alums from the last decade. Before that, Gabriella was serving Pace University as a Steering Committee Member. The Steering Committee was designed to set recommendations to benefit all the alums based on the association’s structure and guidelines.

Gabriella Ferrara has earned special recognition owing to her professional and personal skills. Gabriella is a very efficient player when it comes down to business development. Gabriella is a well-respected figure among her associates, as she has great public speaking skills. Her written and verbal skills set her apart from everyone around her.
