He is an internationally recognized franchise coach with a track record of building elite franchise consultant teams and corporate team leaders for multiple teams in a multi-billion dollar organization. He has been operating local branch offices for several years while building elite national sales teams and operation teams in various local branch offices across different sectors.
A seasoned leader, Brian drives to build and manage top-performing teams that surpass targets and provide excellent growth to all stakeholders in a meaningful way.
The longest term of his service would be with FirstService/ College Pro (The franchise Company where he started off in the franchise field as the Franchise Consultant/ Director of the Franchise Consultant Team. It was under Brian’s leadership that the team managed 81 franchisees, and created as well as managed annual financial plans. His lead fetched the company a whooping annual sales of $5.3 million over a period of six years.
Brian was then moved to the position of Vice President/ Director of the Franchise Consultant Team at College Pro where he was responsible for brand development, recruitment and retention, and sales, along with customer satisfaction and franchise success.
Further for six years, Brian served as the President of College Pro. Each year, College Pro hires and manages more than 500 franchise partners across North America. In order to give thousands of students across North America the opportunity to paint homes in their local communities, College Pro finds, hires, trains, and manages a student painting business. Due to the team’s abilities, the procedures in place, and the recruitment of a student workforce, revenues could approach $50,000,000 in a single summer.
One of the biggest providers of basic property services to residential and commercial clients in North America is FirstService Brands. The company operates through both corporate-owned and separately branded franchise networks.

His strategies were customer-oriented where he devised systems and procedures that deliver The California Closet experience and brand to all clients.
Brian has diversified his experience. He served as the Executive Vice President of Business Development and headed the Franchise Consultant Team & Business Performance Team.
At present, Brian holds the leadership position of Executive Vice President at Handyman Connections since past four years.
