Operating in a hybrid model across the United States, she played a pivotal role in implementing a new franchise candidate discovery process, CRM tool, and website updates. Prior to her role at Far & Dotter, Erica served as a Franchise Development Manager at Unity Rd., a position she held from June 2021 to January 2023. Here, she embraced the complexity of the legal cannabis industry, catering to risk-takers and trailblazers who envisioned opening dispensaries but lacked the experience to do so. Her skills in sales strategy, communication, and data analysis were crucial in navigating this intricate landscape.
Notably, Erica’s journey also includes a stint at 919 Marketing, where she held the position of Director of Business Development from February 2021 to June 2021. Based in Holly Springs, North Carolina, she brought her passion for helping franchise brands thrive, fueled by a love for whiskey. Her role involved strategic agency partnerships, emphasizing growth and success even during challenging times.
As a Senior Account Manager at 919 Marketing, Erica showcased her skills from January 2020 to February 2021. Her responsibilities included sales strategy, deal closure, communication, and data analysis. Her ability to navigate the multifaceted aspects of account management highlighted her versatility in the franchising and marketing domain.
Before her ventures in franchising, Erica had a substantial role at Dessange Group North America. As the Manager of Business Development from September 2017 to January 2019, she focused on sales strategy, communication, and data analysis. Her responsibilities included franchise sales and development strategy, showcasing her dedication to fostering growth in the beauty and salon industry.
Erica’s journey commenced with her freelance endeavors as a Translator and Interpreter, reflecting her self-starter spirit and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Her role at Central de Traduções & Global Languages honed her skills in Portuguese to English translation, laying the foundation for her later ventures.
