Firstly, Cheryl Fletcher joined AFC Enterprises, Inc. as the Director of Investor Relations. She dedicated five years of her career to the company. Here, she led the Investor Relations programs where she communicated strategies and results to the investment community. Cheryl is a seasoned professional gifted with strategic thinking and financial acumen. AFC Enterproses Inc. or America’s Favourite Chicken Company, Inc. is the new parent company to Popeyes and Church’s chicken. AFC Entreprises Inc. was previously known as Al Copeland enterprises, Inc. until 1991.

Further, Cheryl became the Director of Development- Strategic Planning, and Finances for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc.  In this position, Cheryl headed the franchise recruitment and real estate analytics team. In later years, she was appointed as the Vice Presdient of Development Strategic Planning. Cheryl spent about three years leading the franchise recruitment and looking after the development administrations.

Popeyes is a leading chicken quick-service restaurant spread across the states of the U.S. and the globe. Popeyes came into existence in the year 1972, in New Orleans. The company has 45 years of history and culinary traditions. Up against its competitors, Popeyes specializes in a New Orleans-style menu and features spicy chicken, chicken tenders, fried shrimp, and many other regional delicacies. 

In 2017, Cheryl Fletcher moved to Tropical Smoothie Cafe as the Vice President of Franchise Development Strategy. Leading the Real estate management and real estate analytics team, Cheryl made a mark with her rich background in the field. She delegated accelerated quality openings.

Furthermore, with her dedication, she earned the company’s trust and thrived to become the Chief Development Officer. 

Cheryl’s core competencies are leadership skills, strategic thinking, and financial acumen. She is regarded for her best negotiation skills which put leverage on her likeability in the franchise world.
