Recent statistics lend credence to his theory that buffet restaurants will continue to thrive as long as they can differentiate the comfort level and the value they deliver to customers. Total sales have increased by 30 percent this year compared to the same point in 2021, and they have increased by 40 percent in the second quarter compared to the same point in 2021. According to Nettleton, families, in particular, have returned to the area significantly. According to his estimation, some travel between 30 and 60 minutes for a night out.
The Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses, well-known for their welcoming environment for families and their traditional, all-American fare, has recently introduced four new juicy burgers that have been designed to capture the sizzling flavors of summer. The all-new Mushroom Swiss Burger, BBQ Bacon Burger, Buffalo Bleu Burger, and A-1 Steakhouse Burger will be available for guests to devour beginning July 1 and continuing through September 5 at participating locations.
Each new burger is flame-grilled to perfection, seasoned with the brand’s exclusive Steak Seasoning, and topped with an assortment of irresistible condiments. It is served with either steak fries or a baked potato as a side item. Customers can indulge in the Mushroom Swiss Burger, topped with Swiss cheese and sauteed mushrooms, or the BBQ Bacon Burger, which combines tangy Honey BBQ sauce with thick bacon pieces and cheddar cheese. Both of these burgers are available.
Customers can also choose to satiate their hunger with the Buffalo Bleu Burger, which brings the heat with a spicy Buffalo Bleu Sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, and creamy ranch dressing. The A-1 Steakhouse Burger is smothered in rich A-1 Steak Sauce with honey and finished with American cheese and sauteed onions.
Gregg Nettleton, President and Chief Operating Officer of Ponderosa & Bonanza Steakhouses, stated that customers have come to expect quality comfort food. He is confident that the guests will be excited with the brand-new summer burger menu. He also stated that he is confident that the customers will be excited. This summer, anyone who comes in for a bite to eat will almost certainly be able to find a burger that they enjoy among these four new alternatives.
