The new restaurant is owned and operated as part of a multi-unit franchise agreement by RVTC Enterprises LLC, a franchise group founded by Utah residents and prominent area dairy farmers Robert Viveiros and Tony Cabral. Operations Director for RVTC Enterprises LLC, Jamie Cabral explains that the brand’s extensive experience in dairy farming has provided an up-close look at how critical quality ingredients are in producing delectable food. One of the primary reasons Mountain Mike’s Pizza was an obvious choice was because they wanted to introduce the ideal family-friendly restaurant to Utah communities.
