Transblue®, a leading construction and project management company, is opening its maiden location in Scottsdale on September 5th. The venture, locally owned by Joel McQuade, is set to offer luxury exterior design services to commercial and residential properties across central Arizona.

Transblue bridges the link between the clients and the contractors, professionally. It manages all aspects of exterior construction projects to keep the form, beauty, and function of all outdoor needs. This luxury forward brand has been growing at a tremendous pace since the brand set its franchising journey in 2019 and its first location in Arizona.

The owner of this particular location, McQuade previously held executive positions with Xerox before diving into his own consulting firm, with clients ranging from small local businesses to large operations. McQuade’s combined experience with both sales and team management gives him the leverage of a well-rounded perspective on the ins and outs of running a successful operation and primed him for his role with Transblue.
