Customers who join Snooze’s new MySnooze Bennyfits loyalty program will receive free food and other perks as a reward, the company announced on Friday. In collaboration with Punchh, Snooze, a Denver-based company with 52 locations in nine states, has developed an iOS and Android smartphone app for the program.

When asked about the excitement around the MySnooze Bennyfits Loyalty program, the Snooze Chief Marketing Officer, Andrew Jaffe, explained the brand’s enthusiasm for rewarding their loyal customers, often referred to as “ravers,” for their brand loyalty.

Jaffe went on to say that the new three-tiered program comes with additional perks beyond the free food. Discounts and free pancakes are part of the loyalty program, but it goes beyond that. Guests can take advantage of exclusive, one-of-a-kind Snoozy experiences, and the app, digital waitlist, and pay-at-the-table technology all work together seamlessly.

“Jacks,” or Bennyfits points, are earned by customers who make qualified in-restaurant purchases or order takeout and delivery directly through the Snooze app or website.

Priority waitlist seating on busy weekends and weekdays; special cocktail parties; Snooze swag, including T-shirts, hats, drinkware, and coffee bags, are just perks you’ll receive as a reward member.

Birthday pancakes, a freebie on the first anniversary of signing up for the benefits program, and other “surprise and delight” rewards are part of the Snooze guest perks. Customers can sign up for MySnooze Bennyfits on the Snooze App or website.

Personal “refer-a-friend” codes worth 5,000 jacks will also be given to guests who bring a friend to Snooze and automatic jacks to meet certain wait-time thresholds.

Loyalty customers get 150 jacks for every dollar they spend from Monday to Thursday. Every dollar spent from Friday through Sunday results in 100 jacks. You can move up the loyalty tiers as you accumulate jacks, from the bronze level (0-7,999 to the silver level (8,000-34,999 to the gold level (35,000-plus jacks).

OneDine, a system that allows customers to pay at the table using a quick-response code, is also integrated with MySnooze Bennyfits, the company claims. Jacks are automatically added to guests’ loyalty accounts if they pay using the OneDine system.
