The brand’s research into what customers want from the IHOP menu – quality ingredients, alternatives that satisfy both decadent and lighter desires, choice, and value – served as the inspiration for this new menu.
In order to guarantee that the company is giving customers high-quality products, IHOP is improving and growing its menu. IHOP introduces its innovative Sweet & Savory Crepes, best-in-class Eggs Benedicts, juicy Ultimate Steakburgers with a new Four-Cheese Crisp, and the return of the crowd-pleaser Cinn-A-Stack® Pancakes, all of which are designed to satiate customers’ demands at any time of day.
Everyone can find something to eat at IHOP, whether they are seeking breakfast, a late-night snack, or anything in between. With IHOb and the introduction of Ultimate Steakburgers in 2018, the brand’s PM focuses really got going. Since then, it has expanded with Buttermilk Crispy Chicken, IHOPPY Hour, and Hand-Crafted Melts, bringing even more crave-able alternatives for all-dayparts. IHOP’s menu consistently offers high quality, with all meals prepared from scratch on the griddle, a wide variety, and incomparable value deals, regardless of the time of day.
IHOP has been on a mission to reinvent our menu by leveraging our equity of breakfast with the introduction of Burritos and Bowls in 2021. A 360-degree marketing effort that includes new menus, paid linear and digital media, and social and earned media will promote the debut of the new menu.

New! Eggs Benedict: Customers already rely on IHOP to prepare their favorite breakfast items, and Eggs Benedict is no exception. With our new collection of Eggs Benedicts, we’ve covered all the popular flavors that guests love, such as traditional gammon, vegetarian, spicy poblano kick, and turning our hickory-smoked bacon into bourbon bacon jam. IHOP employs wonderful poached eggs (or eggs however guests would like them! ), toasty English muffins, and a new, high-quality hollandaise that is rich and creamy for this menu innovation.
New! Crepes, sweet and savory IHOP’s new Sweet & Savory Crepes, which come in flavors including Chicken Pesto, Fresh Berry, and Cinnamon Bun, are delicate and soft.
It’s Back! Cinn-A-Stack: IHOP’s fan-favorite Cinna-A-Stack Pancakes are back on menus nationwide. With its iconic cinnamon roll filling and cream cheese icing, Cinn-A-Stack is one of the brand’s best-selling recipes, and the most frequently requested menu item to bring back. New! Ultimate Steakburgers: IHOP’s updated lineup of Ultimate Steakburgers includes a new four-cheese crisp and bourbon bacon jam – two savory and delicious builds that are sure to excite guests’ taste buds. Guests can upgrade cheese on any Steakburger to the four-cheese crisp made with sharp cheddar, Swiss, fontal, and gruyere.
New! Fish and Shrimp: IHOP now offers crispy battered Fish and Shrimp platters served with French fries, tartar sauce, and a lemon wedge to curb guests’ seafood cravings. New! Fresh Salads: The newest Fresh Berry and Chopped Chicken Salads feature quality and fresh ingredients to meet the lighter side of guests’ cravings.
The new menu will be available at participating IHOP restaurants nationwide starting Monday, April 3.
