Coffee franchise Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii has signed a multi-unit agreement that will bring five stores to the greater Tampa market by the end of the first quarter of 2024, renowned for its premium sourcing, roasting, and quality 100% Hawaiian and international blends. Chris Bruckner and Richard Elkhoury, longtime business partners, are leading the development of the LLC, High Caffeine Inc.
The two have been working together for over 30 years and have several concepts in central Florida that are actively growing. As a result, they own and operate 18 businesses in Florida and Boston, including gas stations, convenience stores and car washes. Their first location is expected to open in late Q4/early Q1 2023 after signing a franchise agreement with Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii. Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Treasure Island, and Wesley Chapel are just a few nearby cities being considered for the five planned locations.
