The New Year marks new expansion strategies for Chem-Dry. With three signed agreements across Maryland, Chem-Dry is all set to rock the East Coast. The brand strengthens its presence along the East coast Servicing Carroll, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George’s counties.

The agreement has been signed with three independent and great franchisees. The brand believes the newly added franchisees would bring a lot of value to the brand.

Jeffery and Sondra Jackson will operate the franchise from Montgomery County. Jeffery and Sondra Jackson are a mother-son duo and are residents of Montgomery County. They were intrigued by the franchise and its proven business model. They are all set to bring Chem-Dry to their community.

Eric Bearinger is a resident of Carroll County. He comes with a background in the healthcare industry as a respiratory therapist. Bearinger was able to personally witness the demand for Chem-Dry. He seized the sign of a multi-territory contract with the franchise. Moreover, being in the healthcare industry, Bearinger has an inclination toward serving the community and with the franchising opportunity he is determined to do so.

The third agreement was signed by Bianca Egalite. Egalite, who has an MBA and Corporate experience, has always been interested in business ownership. COVID layoffs acted as a catalyst in making her interests come to the surface. Egalite realized she met her match when she observed the enormous demand for Chem-Dry. The company’s technology-oriented approach, varied revenue streams, and sophisticated support were the USPs that caught Egalite’s attention.
