Mr. Jim F Olson has over thirty-three years of franchising experience. Mr. Olson is a seasoned expert in national and international training and development, Franchisee Development, Support, and National Sales.

The longest tenure of his career would be with NOVUS Franchising Inc. and that would be about more than two decades. Mr. Olson has been affluent in various sectors so franchising and hence his varied work profile substantiates his caliber.

From April 1980 till September 1999, Mr. Olson worked with NOVUS Franchising Inc. and led the training and Development segment as the Director. During his tenure, he established a support system for the franchise network and developed a training program for new franchise owners.

Under his leadership, technical and operational training was provided. throughout the USA, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and all of Canada.

Post his association with the company at the Training and Development section, Mr. Olson was appointed as Director of National Accounts and Brand Awareness. Here, he developed programs with major transportation and insurance companies. Mr. Olson’s keenness in imparting knowledge and that side of him can be validated through his national education program. He developed the education program to provide CE credits for insurance agents and executives.

Further, for a span of eight years, Jim F Olson was then appointed as the Director of Franchise Development. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Olson delivered accomplishments that helped the company maintain first place in its category for the Entrepreneur 500.

Mr. Jim F Olson later joined the Handyman Matters Franchisng, Inc. as the ReSale Project Developer. Although the tenure of Mr. Olson was brief, his major stake was in franchise reselling.

While being a powerful franchise expert, Mr. Olson actively worked as the Director of Agent Development at Molloy Business Development Group since 2014. He worked with the management team to construct a team of sales and marketing independent consultants to grow the company.

Moreover, Mr. Olson is actively serving with TEMPERATURE PRO Franchising, Inc. as Senior Franchise Business Developer.

Apart from this, Mr. Olson is the sole owner of JF Oslon Consulting and operates it as the Business and Franchise Consultant. His thirty-plus years of experience come to play in his consultant role.

Mr. Olson is an alumnus of the University of Minneapolis where he earned his master’s. He is also associated with Minneapolis State University at Mankato, Minneapolis where he graduated with a bachelor’s in Science.
