The Ontario Bar Association Franchise Law Section is all set to organize the 21st Annual Franchise Law Conference at OBA Conference Centre, 20 Toronto Street, 2nd Floor, Toronto, Ontario. The conference is due to be held on November 29, 2022, Tuesday commencing at 8:30 for registration, and the programs are scheduled from 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
The conference encompasses a stellar faculty who will cover the latest developments and emerging trends to help the franchise attorneys stay with their practices.
The 21st Annual Franchise Law Conference features the Annual Legal and Legislative Update to be delivered by Adrienne Boudreau, Sotos LLP, and Christopher Horkins, Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, recapitulating the developments in franchise law and jurisprudence over the past year. The conference is intended for attorneys practicing franchise law in the USA and Canada.
The conference is available in in-person and in the form of a webinar. The pricing for registering for the conference are as follows:
- For Canadian Bar Association Members the price is set at $424
- For Canadian Bar Association Student Members the price is set at $197
- For Non-Members, the price is set at $583
The above-mentioned prices are inclusive of the additional taxes and also give access to the e-material specially devised for the event.
The 21st Annual Franchise Law Conference will be chaired by two eminent personnel from the Canadian Bar Association- Andrae J. Morocco, McMillan LLP, and Stephanie Sugar, McCarthy Tetrault LLP. The program is also scheduled to give away the Markus Cohen Memorial Award.
