Sarah happened to meet the franchise broker who would eventually lead us to Gotcha Covered. We decided to purchase the franchise because to the exceptional customer service model, the family-friendly environment, the franchisees’ excitement, and the positive feedback from other franchisees. As a part of our business, we enjoy going out and interacting with the local community.”
The Wallaces’ primary objective is to establish and extend their local business and to serve their neighbors as if they were family. According to Chad, they hope to have a storefront in Gig Harbor and University Place over the next five years to display their national buying power and alternatives for adorning every window in a home or business.
