In October 2019, Charles Kowanetz became the Director of Franchise Development of My EyeLab, helping budding entrepreneurs invest in the healthcare industry. He implemented growth and development plans for the fastest-growing optics franchise. His responsibilities included national lead generation, developing broker and consultant networks, and interviewing franchise candidates. Post-My EyeLab, he became the Director of Sales at RetroFitness, a premier franchise opportunity in the “High Value, Low Cost” segment. As Director of Franchise Sales, he would oversee all development and sales efforts for the company and lead his teams to grow the brand in the highly sought-after fitness industry. However, within nine months, he decided to rejoin My EyeLab, as the Sr. Director of Franchise Sales.
